The poll says it all....would you rather have a rig that is totally and completely transparent and allows you to hear music in its most perfect form, but have 1 CD to listen to forever, or, would you rather have a tin cup with a string attached to it (ie, a really really bad rig) with any and all the music you could ever want?

If a Crap rig by your definition is a $5 coby PCDP and a KSC75... then I'd take option 2 in a heartbeat.

Well, to me the poll is not proposed correctly, because too extreme to propose 'real life' alternatives and real life opportunity to choose

The Poll would have been :
- 20000$ rig and 20 cds
- 2000$ rig and 200 cds
- 200$ rid and 2000 cds

It would have been more interesting, I think.

In the current poll I chose crap rigand infinite music also and in the above poll I'd still chose the cheapest rig.

($60 Tosh DVDP) + ($70 Go-Vibe) + ($70 Grado SR60) + What would seem like an endless library of music = Awesome-ness.
