I've lost 25 lbs and at least 3 inches on my waist. When I first started doing the ab workout/running, I was 185 pounds and had a 35 inch waist. Now, I'm 161 pounds and the 33 inch pants that I bought a few weeks ago are getting very loose. How are you guys doing?

Was it this ab workout? I hope this will help me build some muscle + loose more weight. Thanks to DanT for PMing me the instructions!

Could I get PMed as well? I PMed the thread starter, but am afraid he left. :p

Anyways, I work my abs 3 times a week doing crunches. I guess it's working so far. I used to work them once a week. I have been weight lifting for over 3 years now...so that's my exercise background. Just my abs...I have so little body fat, but still neglected my abs for the most part. If I contract them, they become visible...I'd just like them to be there when I don't contract.

On a side note, for those doing crunches, it has been said to do them on an empty stomach so that you burn fat...and not food(if you're stomach is full).
