lol, first time I tried it and lifted my arms all the way back I fell back laughing because it hurt so much. Boy you've just made me feel really pathetic.

Yeah, it's the real deal, but it's also very painful! It's suppose to take two weeks to get used to it. I just started with all you guys, so we are all in the same boat. Since this is on-line now for the world to see, we can't all wimp out now.

You must be exhausted, KR... both around the midsection, and from sending every Head-Fier a PM. I guess it goes to show that we all sit around listening to music far too much. I know I'm guilty of it.

These excerises are tough! They're similar to Pilates excerises if anyone's familiar with that...
