Wow that is the worst.  There are no shortcuts, and it all has to be there weights,cardio,diet,supplementation, and good rest.

Not entirely true... I know one guy who would eat like a walrus with the munchies and achieved and retained a great physique. On the other hand, he also worked out like a ninja on steroids for several hours almost every day He upped the work x10 but got to enjoy disgustingly greasy food.

When you train sensibly every day or even twice a day it doesn't have to be for a long time, maybe ten to thirty minutes depending on what you do. High intensity stuff like strongmen training or weights will work fine twenty minutes a day, while you need more running to really get in shape. Ideally you should be doing both types so it doesn't get boring and you have balanced fitness.
