Eh, it's ok. I hate having to convert videos, but they look good on a standard def TV. And the SQ is good, just no EQ (hit the link in my sig).

Nice deal, on balance. I have two of the docks (office and main home stereos) and use them to turn the Zune into a music server (remote is very cool on that front). No EQ is a drag sometimes, but if you have the right phones (X10s match up well, as do Westone 3s and ADDIEMS), the Zune sounds very good without one. As far as converting videos, invest in Cucusoft, and no problems (both for Touch and Zune). For anyone short on cash who needs mega-storage, this is a very good deal, I think.
