Hey guys,

i want to get a pair of grados and have them woodied as a gift for someone. after searching, the only place i could find was headphile and i thought the prices were too high.

does anyone know where i could get wood cups for grados for any cheaper?

also, i am thinking of buying a pair of 225's for the mod since i doubt my friend would use an amp. what do you think?

Other than Jmoney and Headphile, I can't think of any. I think you'd be better off buying RS2s. It'll most likely be cheaper.

For a while ALO was making wood cups but I do not know if they still do. The idea of an used RS-2 is a very good one, I have seen them for under $350 on various occasions. Good luck.
