While flipping through the radio dial tonight, I ran across a folk music program on the Chicago classical station. They were playing songs related to 9/11. I heard a song by a man named James Talley who I'd never heard of before. It stunned me, both for its content and the wonderful (to me anyway) live recording. I did a Google search and found a site for Mr. Talley. Lo and behold, the song is available in full as an MP3 download. Here's the page, scroll to the bottom and click on the musical note next to "I Saw The Buildings". The album is called Journey.

Even though it was great to find the song for free, I went ahead and ordered the CD, as it can only be good after hearing that. Has anyone else heard of Mr. Talley?

This piece is truly fantastic. Thanks for bringing it up. It sounds a bit too country for my, but OMG it's fantastic.
