If it is a new interpetation of the book then I am definitely looking forward to it. I would hate it to be a remake of the movie though.

The cast sounds pretty amazing... this could be quite something!

I like some remakes, especially those by Burton, but I do agree that Hollywood needs to stop being so conservative and start trying to come up with new ideas. Even if they aren't, they're making themselves seem like they are stuck in a rut.
