I'm looking to replace the stock pads on my Numark Red Waves. Would these Beyerdynamic pads work?

If they do fit, will some of the bass be taken away? I don't mind, if so. In my opinion, some of the bass needs to get out.
If they do NOT fit, are there any earpads out there that you would recommend I try? My preference is that they are comfortable, that's why I am leaning towards the Velour earpads.
Any and all responses will be examined by myself and I hope someone, if anyone has a solution to my questions.
