Last night I ordered the ER4-P off amazon after much deliberation over detail-oriented IEMs. I fully intend to buy a P/S converter plug/cable which as most of you know (correct me if i'm wrong) changes the ER4-P to a virtually identical ER4-S. I have read many reiews that give high praise to the 307k Andes in the entry level DAC/amp category, but I did not see anything specifically relating to the ER4-S. Do the pair work well together, or is there a better similar priced option out there? I prefer DAC/amp combos.
Also note that I have very little experience with actual headphone amplifiers (I currently amplify off an "ART USB Dual Pre" audio recording interface that provides headphone amplification, but its not specifically designed for clarity of music listening". So feel free to drop some knowledge on me about the topic.
