I’m not a UM fan. They did a reshell job for me a few years back and one of them broke in my ear when I was turning to remove! I’m lucky no bits/pieces slipped into my ear canal … at least as far as I knew.

It was a couple years after I bought them so they said I was out of luck with respect to warranty. Gorilla glue has held it together with sparing use, but now the other one has hairline cracks.

Ive just put them away and moved onto U12t’s and I’m much happier with the sound of the new ones anyways. They had reshelled a UE 18 for me, and I think the U12t is much better.
