Shoot, that almost rhymes . . . my real question was:

Ok, I want to buy the e5's (wanted them as soon as I listened to my e3's, lol) but . . . theres something wrong. Lindrome sold his. There's something he knows that we don't, or I don't, anyway. Is there something on the horizon? Or has Shure simply gave him a free pair of their best?
Or, when can Lindrome tell us why he sold his precious?

he did not sell them because he wanted to upgrade, he merely sold them because there was something more expensive that he chose to buy instead.

it was not a "these need to be replaced" purchase.

it was a - "let's see what's the next step is..." purchase. (the next step up for the sensaphonics, what britney spears uses to go on her world tours, is a flat 750 dollars plus ear mold fees by the way.)

this also seems like a PM situation, not a thread.

Yeah, I couldn't justify keeping such a high value earphone around that I simply wouldn't be using much anymore after I got the Sensaphonic ProPhonic 2X-S... I actually asked my gf if she wanted to use it instead, but she chose to stay with the E3c, most because she would be so paranoid carrying the E5c around with her, know its value. Also becuase her ears are pretty small, and the housing of the E5c actually doesn't fit inside her ears (although tri-flange will allow it to stay in ear her).

The money I sold it for went into other good uses... I just can't remember what the hell it was.. LOL...

In retrospect, maybe I should've just kept the E5c... but anyway...

That guy was really having some problems. He made three posts in a row, everyone of which got it wrong in a different way. The sad part was, he wasn't trying to be funny...

Shoot, I knew Lindrone was going for the Snesaphonics. Seems only logical . . . gotta get the e5's . . . when will this madness end?
