As you can see, I can create a post in this thread, which means I can create posts in general.
 
But for some reason, when I attempt to create a post in the "source components for sale or trade" forum, it says I'm over the limit for creating posts in that thread.

But when you look in that thread, I have no posts, at least not for several months.
 
What is going on?
