New Head-Fier
Just came from the thread on the newly released BTA30 Pro, which supports AAC RX but not AAC TX. I've been looking for a TX alternative for AAC transmission for a while, preferably one that also supports AptX LL. I'm using the AirFly at the moment, which supports both but connects via a headphone jack. Looking for something fully digital that operates as a sound card. The BTA30 Pro is honestly perfect other than the omission of AAC TX.
Anyone know why AAC transmitters are so uncommon? Seems like a very common format for popular headphones, but an almost entirely unaddressed market for Bluetooth transmitters.
