Whose Customer Service ranks the best and worst ?

As an international customer communication is #1.

I've delt with......

The Best:

Meier Audio, Ray Samuels, Norm of Headsave and Larry from headphile. Extremely fast and non ambiguous communication.

and the dissappointing: Larocco Audio. Emails not responded too even after months. PM on their forums responded to after 1 month yet still not answering my queries. :/
