I have a pair of JH16Pro and i find it abit uncomfortable and it is very hard to get a good seal..
 
Is there anyone out there that provide a either a soft tip (Like the ES5) or full soft shell remolding?

You could check with Spiral Ear regarding full soft silicone shell. I'm not sure if they have remolding in service though.
