I got into the bad habit of wrapping up my earbuds around my devices and it has caused the cable to protrude out of the braided exterior as seen in this picture:
Are there any other services besides BTG (apparently they don't do their work on e-Q7's because of a lack of experience?) that can fix this for me by removing the cable or otherwise?
