Basically what it says in the title, but l'd also like to know which smartphone can run the highest amount of ohms (impedance on headphones; up to 600 ohms).

First, you probably should have posted this in the recommendations section: http://www.head-fi.org/f/7840/introductions-help-and-recommendations

But to put it frankly, you will not get the maximum out of a few hundred impedance to 600 impedance headphone off of a smartphone. If you plan on going around in what sounds to be circumaural headphones, more likely than not you will need an amp.
