OK : India and Russia are here although there's no Head-fi'er from India, see here.

Obviously the USA and UK have plenty headphone manufacturers.
By the way, have you missed the CIA!?

Germany has also Vincent.

How about Africa (South Africa?) and South America (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina?)
