Hey,

I've been doing some research quality wise on the IEMs on the budget and i found a couple that i could use with my HTC One to get the (possible) best out of it. it will be mostly for when i go out to buy something, take a walk, surf... Just to avoid sound pollution. What my playlist consists in mostly in trip hop with some house/disco/funky, blues; Gramatik, Poldoore, Thievery Corp., Sixfingerz. It has bass but don't know if its considered heavy bass.

This are the IEMs i thought would be good:

the Monoprice mep-933 or Monoprice 8320 (which i think its the same?)
SoundMagic e10, e30, pl30
Sony MDREX10LP/BLK
Xiaomi Piston V2

My budget would be between 20-30?

look into getting zero audio TENORES  smooth as silk, warm and wonderful
i have an HTC one m8 and it has a fantastic sound system output for headphones
and responds to good headphones with glee!
if you can find  the HARMON KARDON CLS still on clearance for 50$ or so
the HTC ONE  really cranks those with authority also... but those are over ear
leather phones. retail 250.00
my favorites with the HTC One m8 is the zero audio CARBON SINGULOS which
are more expensive but brain boggling..

i imagine the mono price or 8720 type of oems would sound good also on this phone..

I recommend the Xiaomi Pistons anytime at that price range. I just got one a week ago and I must say, unbelievably good for $20, design and sound wise.

I guess im going with Pistons seems like the best option for now. The monoprice costs me 15€ and i can get Pistons for 18€. Thanks for your help. My HTC One is the m7, i read somewhere there's no need for a amp? Is that right?

Even if you amp the Pistons, it wouldn't make much difference.
