As WalkingMan said, most Audio Technica stuff is nice to look at
The Klipsch X10 is "Fashionable" to some people as well.

HFI-780's are nice looking. And the audio technica's. But if you really worried about the fashion, go with IEM's there the least obvious.

Personally, I think the best looking phones I've seen are the Audio Technicas ESW9s and the ESW10JP.
