I really want to get these IEMs since they have a good sound for their price, but there's one problem. Amazon UK only has them used, or imported from Japan, and they are only available marketplace on Amazon US as well. Should I just get them off eBay, or used?

You can often find them in the For Sale section here at head-fi. Also, the gel monster supertips are a must-have for the TF10 (imho).

For IEMs I often prefer comply tips, but I've heard endless tales of bad comfort with the TF10s.

You could try the headphone company. I've not used them yet myself but saw them advertised on here and I think they have them.

This is something I am wondering as well. I don't think there is a place that is selling them new that is "authorized" by Logitech, and therefore has a manufacturer warranty. They have been discontinued for a while.
