No where. You'd have to order it from another country basically.
 
Or you can just get the HM5 which is the same headphone.

It depends on what you mean by "buy". No, you cannot walk into the store and pick a FA-003 off the shelf. However, there's a few online stores that you can order from and have them shipped to you.
 
GD Audiobase was (and is) a popular choice, but their shipping can take months due to Russian customs. They have a history of bad customer treatment, but I can assure you that they're taken numerous measures to solve that.
 
New to the scene of FA imports is Musica Acoustics. They don't yet list the FA-003 on their US site (at least not the last time I checked), but if you e-mail them directly they can send you a pair with no problems at a good price. They're an established business with a great reputation, but shipping could still take a long time because batches from Fischer Audio are intermittent and almost immediately sold out.

MalVeauX is right. Fischer Audio FA-003, BRAINWAVZ HM5 and Lindy's premium headphones all use the same drivers! Here's confirmation from the Frogbeat folks who sell the FA-003:

Also, I came across similar products (BRAINWAVZ HM5 Studio Monitor
Headphones and Linda Premuim Headphones). After some researching on
head-fi.org, looks like all use the same OEM and sound almost the same. Can
you comment if all these use the same drivers?

I'm unsure which one I should go for.
