I need it to upgrade the AD1865 N-J chip in my AN DAC1.1x/II! I would prefer it to be in a european contry but US will also do!

You may not have much choice as this appears to be discontinued by Analog Devices. Digikey lists them, but non-stock. Same with Newark. Allied, Mouser and RS don't carry them.
I know Elso Kwak had some but that was 2 years ago (you could shoot him an email). Otherwise, Google...
