AAGE - Velkommen til Musikhuset Aage Jensen has a pretty good selection of headphones, and their prices are good.
Headaudio | Hovedtelefoner, høretelefoner, forstærkere, in ear atrocious prices but great selection of headphones.

The only headphones FROM Denmark I know of are the Bang&Olufsen A8 and Form2... But that might not be what OP is looking for?

FROM Denmark would also include the Ortofon O One although I don't know if that is just an oem product with Ortofon stickers on it.
