Ok, I figured somebody in here would know.

I've been looking for a 0.25"x1.25", 440V, 250mA, slo blow fuse... couldn't find anything at Mouser, Digikey or RatShack. Any ideas???

Yeah, I checked through everything Radioshack had.

Penger, I didn't see those on Partsconnexion's website... all they showed were some $40 Furutech fuses. I'll have to check again... thanks.

Fuses with that high of voltage rating are kind of rare, most being 250Vac (which would be around or greater than 440Vdc). Most equipment (well, all that I have seen) is fused on the primary side, meaning that here in the US, the most it will see in a typical residential usage would be 120Vac or so. I took a look on RS Components (UK) but couldn't find anything; I thought perhaps they might be easier to find in Europe with 220V primaries.

Were there any letters on your fuse (like AGC, etc.)?

And the Hi-Fi tuning fuses are $30 each.
