Focal Grande Utopias

$269,000 for the pair
Over 500lbs per speaker

No I don't own these but I'd love to see someone find me a more expensive speaker!!!

They better be made of carbon nanotubes and allow you to hear the voice of God, otherwise I wouldn't pay that much for anything that doesn't have plumbing and a two-stall garage.

So the MBL 101 X-treme is just 12 woofers?  lol 12 woofers for the price of a house! Don't go telling everybody how much you spent on that though, the burglars will come without a doubt!

Some of my favorites: Acapella Sphäron "Excalibur". About $400,000, and one of the most beautiful speakers ever built.

Magico Ultimate: About $350,000. Another horn loaded monster.

Tidal T-1. Custom Accuton black ceramic and diamond drivers. Around $320,000

Marten Coltrane Supreme: Diamond and ceramic drivers, and lots of them. $295,000

If they can lift a 3,000 lb sound system without me waking up and stopping them, they deserve my speakers more than I do.

My Music Hall MMF 5.1 SE has been upgraded with a Clearaudio Virtuoso Wood cartridge so that would qualify. In stock form the Peachtree Audio Nova integrated amp would be my most expensive piece.

i was shocked for a second there, didn't realize it was a competition to find the most insane looking speakers instead of the original intent of the post being which piece is your most expensive gear
