Wow - us cd players are starting to become instinct, never fully realized how computer based headfi users are.

I guess I assumed that all headfiers used meridian G08's with their nice headphones and amps

I guess the poll intended to have as first two options "DVD Player" and then "Dedicatedc CD player", instead of CD player and then Redbook CD player, which is basically the same.

Mine is a DVD player, so chose the first option.

Jitter is timing differences between bits, but the bits can remain the same, e.g. cero bit errors. If they are not the same then there are bit errors, but that´s not called jitter.
