One of mine is Boursin, a delicious creamy cheese.

A new favorite that I just bought last night (1/2 lb) and have almost finished now (I'm eating it as I type this, on crackers of course) is Delice de Bourgogne ("Delight of Burgundy"). It's a triple cream cheese, meaning cream is added to the curds, making this an extremely smooth, rich cheese. It is really good, let me tell you.

Anyone else a big fan of cheese?

Cave aged Gruyere.

Especially when melted with wine and Emmentalier.

Yeah, good Gruyere is really good. I bought some of that too, actually

.

Ooh, I bet it's great with wine. I have a bottle of J. Lohr Cabernet Sauvignon my father gave me when he visited, maybe I should open it.

I really like the Black Diamond 4 y/o cheddar. Extremely sharp & flavorful, fairly inexpensive, & goes great with beer!

Stilton is my favourite, either with pickled onions or eased down with a slug of Port.
I eat cheese every day, generally Extra Mature Cheddar.
Fortunately my cholesterol level is very good - I know this because my blood test results arrived yesterday :happiness:

Smoked gouda is my favorite. With crackers, nuts, port, or just slices on a sandwich.

Second would be extra sharp cheddar.

Cheese is pretty much my favorite food item.

Oh I'd have to say Camembert but I like also like brie. On crackers, bread, or by itself.
