how does ipod classic compared to cowon d2 in terms of SQ?

cowon D2s drive headphones so much better than any ipod i've ever used... and I've owned a 1G mini, 5G classic and 3G nano. FLAC support, true drag and drop, and SD expandability are the icing on the cake. It may be true that when you're on the go, SQ isn't quite as important, but I like to lie down with my PSP or a book and enjoy great SQ at home.

Only things I wish were better would be better ID3 compatibility and gapless playback.

I chose Apple because after all, which other brand offers the ability to buy cool add-ons such as a toilet paper docking thingy.

Gotta go with Sony. I still have a Sony Cassette Walkman, ATRAC CD player, MiniDisc player and 3 Flash Walkmans, all of which work, and all of which get frequent use in the year.

Apple for the simplicity, beauty, and easy of use.

Sony (bites tongue) is my favorite. Solid hardware and great sound. Yes, they have limitations, but nothing to restricting.

I voted for the Big S too.

Why? Because it gave me MiniDisc!

Because MS (idiots) REFUSES to support East Asian Fonts - a mere FOUR files that they refuse to add to the system. No EAF support, no purchase!!!
