which one has a sharper sound as in which one is more accurate and allows u to distinguish slight note changes and etc? M5 or SPF 5pro? both have decent reviews. both round the same price on ebay. so yea... you guys think the dual drivers of the spf is a big advantage over the single driver on the m5?

OP said he didn't have the budget for an amp. AFAIK the ER4 needs an amp to shine. I don't know about the others mentioned in the mid and up class. The ER6i is fine without amplification though the $150 budget allows for an amp as well.

I prolly won't run an amp. I wanna get decent headphones first before dishing for an amp.
