Next order of business, sell V6s..... after the 35s and the 4Ss, i couldn't listen to the V6s anymore.

When I was an undergrad in (ulp!) 1976, I got a nice pair of AKGs. They had the six orange diaphragms around each driver-I can't remember the model number.

THese lasted until the mid-80's when I got a brand new pair of Senn 580. THese are still going strong in my office setup.

I still keep them for nostalgia. *sniff sniff..... cries* HAHA! The pads got kinda brownish/orange

but I replaced them eventhough I don't wear them anymore. Can't stand to see them suffer after all we've been through

Long before that were a very old pair of Audio Technicas (?) They were metal and leather, the color was gold and brown. I wish I could find them again.
