Here's my older 1st gen MixAmp in all its glory. You guys probably know more of what's on the PCB, so what do you see?

It is made in China and is Revision 1.81... and then there is lots of stuff

Can't really make out much other than the Dolby chip.

Anyway...You need a higher res macro shot.
 
I can make out a dolby DSP chip...a two channel AKM4117 DAC chip... a couple opamps....a USB audio streamer/codec... another AKM chip (possibly an ADC)...a few SMD transistors and voltage regulators, and a bunch of electrolytic low-ESR motherboard capacitors.
 
High quality stuff all in all, especially the AKM DAC which is used in a lot of pro and semi-pro studio sound cards/recording interfaces.

So, what exactly is the DAC model used in the MixAmp? Please.

The AK4117VF seems not to be a DAC chip, but a USB/SPDif reciever only.
