Even I can play guitar. If I can play guitar anyone can. Get one and start practising! This is a forum with a lot of people who will be able to help you with whatever questions you might have.

I would like to be able to transcribe a lot better which would require relative hearing I guess.

I would also like to be able to play an instrument really well instead of just alright. I can a lot of instruments, but I can't play any of them really well.
