Guess it takes in an analog audio signal (3.5mm or RCA) and uses the ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) to change it the analog audio signal into a digital audio signal, then outputs that digital signal thru the USB output.
Can you take more pictures from different sides (larger pictures), cause I'm taking a wide guess on what it is.

It looks like gold spray painted plastic... It might be a scam, especially with no other pictures from anywhere...

Bought it for 15 dollars. it seemed like a steal if its got the Steinberg/Pinnacle name

So you do have it, but do not own anything (camera or cell phone) that can take more digital pictures of it?

From my searching, it appears to be be an outdate analog USB recorder, which if you're lucky will work as a generic USB device, but likely will require drivers, which probably only exist on media that was original with the device. It has been long since discontinued and neither Pinnacle nor Steinberg support it.

Was all I could find, but I've seen similar products throughout the years. I would have put the $15 towards Fiio or cables.
