I ordered 414 pads from Sennheiser a week ago. Does anyone know the average turn around time?

Around a week seems to be the general concensus.

I also ordered 414 pads a week or so ago to do the Lisa mod on my PX100's. I got an email on Monday from Sennheiser USA that they are backordered and should ship the week of 10/24. You may be caught in the same delay.

We must have bought all their 414 pads in this HF-1 craze. I never got an email, but I bet that is what the hold up is. Guess my ears will just suffer with the bowls.
