I ordered the BHSE about less than a year ago.. I emailed Justin several times, and never got the response after he said he received my order. I called them recently, but no one was picking up the phone. Do you know anything about Headamp recently why they are not responsive? Thanks

Why do you post here one year after you ordered from them? Did you pay them? If yes, call them every day and ask for an explanation! Then file a complaint..

Hello telecaster,

just to let you know, BHSE is an build-to-order amp, and by their description, it takes about 4 months to complete. I have paid them $1500 for confirm the order. I have called them when I had time, and emailed them often, but had no reply so far, and these were the only way I could contact them. I am posting here because I do not want this issue to be a big trouble, so I am asking anyone who has closer relationship with Headamp than I do.

I saw 2 missed calls today from Illinois, less than 1 minute apart.  I think i was in the post office.  no voicemail.
 
i do see an email from you in march.  the BHSEs...are nearing completion.  you should be getting an email about completion in the next 2-3 weeks.
