CD as the starting point, though all my collection is now in FLAC and MP3 at various bitrates. The 320kbps MP3 get listened to most often at the moment, though FLAC is gaining ground on the home setup.
In terms of sheer volume I have more music on CDs than any other format.
I rarely listen to CDs, when I want something that is already digital I RIP it to ALAC and stream to a DAC. Probably about half of my CDs are RIPped. I use digital music for background and for times when I am moving around.
When I am listening to music for pleasure I almost always use vinyl.
