I read/post @ forums 75% of my music time. Many times I get to a song that requires eyes closed/near space out experience.
I drink beer or whiskey when listening at times but I find that more than 2 drinks negatively effects my ears (fine details)...not that it never happens, just saying
I like to catch up on email & write to friends.
Read content on a few different boards (head-fi & others).
Read reviews on gamespot, amazon, buy.com, stereophile archives.
Read about investment strategies or investing from reputable sites.
Stare at pictures.
Surf.
I agree about the games/music issue. It doesn't
seem to work for me when using them at the same
time. Also, any homework that requires a
lot of attention, I usually have to turn down
or turn off the music until the work is finished.
