I was addicted to the Sims, so I always wanted to be an omnipresent, sadistic deity.

I alternated a lot between Cook, Astronaut/astrophysicist and Psychologist in my youth. Almost went to study physics but decided to test culinary school first. Will become a ready cook this year

Wow, that's awesome. I was always interested in metallurgy and smithing, because i collecting/studying edged weapons is my other hobby.
Now you have the best of two worlds, kinda.
 
 
Long story short. Video game player (for a living) > 'games designer' > graphic designer > interior design > overseas english teacher (still want to be one) > Things to do with audio - sound engineer, etc, etc [current]
Does this explain why i'm hear?

Same here. I was really interested in weapons and armour from medieval times, especially the European stuff despite being Asian myself. I used to be really active at Sword Forum, but it's been years.
