Yea I just has similar experience with a Visa card from bankofamerica. My rate went up even though I always pay the full amount, AND they added a yearly fee of 21 bucks. We need to get these banks under control, not pay them more so they can let us loan the MONEY WE HAVEGIVEN THEM in the first place!
