An absolutely fascinating story of a woman who grew-up isolated, uneducated in any traditional sense, that endured the physical abuse of a brother, who has a deep respect and love for her mountain, her family, and her community, but who was driven to gain something more from life, and discovered it through education at BYU, Cambridge, and Harvard. An emotional rollercoaster of a story. Most definitely worth reading, highly recommended...

And now I'm reading Dan Brown's book Code Da Vinci.
I usually prefer books that are enlightening and educational.
