I'm talking about songs you always gotta hear the the rest of, and make you crank up the volume and start tapping your toe and moving to the music. Being older (mid 40's), most of mine are "oldies", but I'd be interested in more current ones, too, since I'm sure there's a lot of newer stuff out there I'm not aware of. Here are a few of the songs on my list:

- Honky Tonk Women (The Rolling Stones)
- Shambala (Three Dog Night)
- One (Three Dog Night)
- Up Around the Bend (Creedence Clearwater Revival)
- Down on the Corner (Creedence Clearwater Revival)

Thanks!

Not sure if this song can be considered "rockin'" in the traditional sense, but the song "Airbag" off of OK Computer must be listened to at full volume. It is possibly the best opening track of any album that I have heard, and one of my favorite Radiohead songs.

Led Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song" is a great go-crazy tune. The Who definitely have their moments as well.
