The Schiit Audio Bifrost 2/64 is a discrete DAC. The Schiit Audio Mjolnir 3 is a HPA. Both are special in their own ways.
The Mjolnir 3 is $1,199 and ships from CA or TX, USA.
The Denafrips Artemis HPA is $2,949 and ships from China.

Just looking at a few details ... I haven't bought any new gear in a while, and it's exciting to look. :)
Thanks, but you've not told me anything I didn't (don't) know. That's why I research

And I mentioned the BIfrost 2/64 because it would have replaced the Denafrips DAC (Ares II), NOT the Denafrips Artemis headphone amp, which I still intend to get.

BTW, the Artemis actually floats around $2,200 in U.S Dollars :sunglasses:

I was a fan of gangstarr back in the day and I've had Guru's album Jazzmatazz Vol. 1 album since it came out in 1993. It feels a little dated now but it is a very solid album with quite a few notable jazz names doing features on it. I just learned last year that there was also a vol. 2 and vol. 3 released forever ago.
I'm familiar with Guru and Jazzmatazz as I have both Vol 1 & 2, and Street Soul...

I was just making clear that the Mo' Better Blues album was not representative of the music of Gangstarr (Guru) or, since you mentioned them, the Jazzmatazz albums.
