The Allman Brothers Band, recorded live in Hartford, CT 8/24/13.  It's an amazing show, and the fact that I was there makes it extra special to me!

Streaming Kammarheit from a recommendation from the metal pages on this site....but it's classified as Dark Ambient...not metal at all....but really interesting.....clam, yet unsettling and creepy all at the same time if that makes any sense. Like Black Metal without the heavy-totally mellow. I'm digging it.

Ariana Grande - Yours Truly

Got it on iTunes. Ariana sounds kinda like a knockoff of Mariah Carey on so many levels, that she even sounds like her at times.
It feels like it's the 90s all over again when I listen to it.

I have to get this later, is there a flac/cd out yet??

Florence + The Machine - MTV Unplugged

Stripped of the trademark maximalist production that typifies Florence + the Machine's recorded output, Florence Welch's stunning voices cuts through in all its bright, operatic glory--particularly when given excellent material to wrap itself around.

With Kanye West watching from the front row, Florence performed a beautiful, stripped down cover of Otis Redding's "Try A Little Tenderness," bringing a delicateness and theatricality to a song that, in its original form, would provide the stomping sample for Ye and Jay-Z's "Otis." "Try A Little Tenderness" points to the soul always beneath the surface of Florence's typically baroque work, an excellent reminder of her range.

The new Gregory Porter album is amazing, a must have for any jazz lovers out there. Did I mention that it sounds great as well!
