Was there some sort of deluxe edition that came in this hardcover book format? I've never seen that before, and I consider myself a pretty big Ben Folds fan.

Usually we just go online and find the album art to share here, maybe that's what he did?

Supposedly it's from a deluxe version (check "special package" at Amazon). I bought my album from iTunes, I believe, and iTunes shows the other cover version, although I was playing Audirvana at the time.
