I saw them in Philly in the late '80s, after In The Dark was released and it was a great show. If I remember correctly, it was the year that Bob Dylan was the tour with them.
Indeed - I saw that Dylan/Dead show myself at Oakland Coliseum Stadium....

If you like Lemon Twigs, you might want to check out a recent vid on Norman Maslov's YouTube channel about them, but also some other of his favorite harmony/melody artists....

I too saw that same Dylan and the Dead tour outdoors New Hampshire.
Dead covered so very many Dylan songs throughout the years it was only logical to do eventually .

Remember the next mornings local newspaper headlines: "Deadheads come to town with no arrest reported".

Big influx of tourist dollars for private lawn parking/camping alone - locals seemed genuinely smiley friendly to these eco-conscience concert goers who don't drink alcohol very much, and that picked up after themselves cheerfully and seemed to be filling the air with silly laughter and chuckles for the circus come to town ;')

Jan Jelinek's Loop-Finding-Jazz-Records continues to be a favorite:

“Don’t be misled by the title, though for there isn’t a finger-snapping rhythm c bebop lead anywhere on the album. Instead, Jelinek chooses to explore the visual effect moiré - two shifting patterns creating an implied third dimension - in the audio realm.” (Alternative Press)

Nice! I only got to see them twice, and with Dylan was the first one. The second one was early 90's when they toured with CSN and I saw them in Buffalo, NY. I think that was the last tour with Brent, but not sure.
