@RCBinTN and @Les Strat, Heavy Weather was my introduction to Weather Report. At the time, I didn't get it. I need to try again. I've heard some from Al Di Meola and Stanley Clarke. Heard of Eberhard Weber, but not heard his music. Blow By Blow is also one of my favorite albums ever. I'll also add Miles Davis' A Tribute to Jack Johnson to the fusion list. One of my favorites from Davis. Most of his other late-career albums don't do it for me.

Don't worry mods, I'll post some music from today's listening to comply with the terms of this thread. Just need to get home...

As an introduction to Eberhard Weber, you could try ‘T. On A White Horse’ which is the opening track on his 1976 album ‘The Following Morning’.
