How does this compare to their s/t album?

Only listened to it once so far, but I wasn't impressed. I'll give it another go and try to form a better opinion on it. Right now though, I prefer the first two albums over this one. To be fair, I haven't revisited the first two albums in a while and have been on a traditional metal/thrash kick lately, so that could be part of why I'm not really feeling it at the moment.

Fair enough. I wasn't too big on their s/t album but thought I'd revisit it and give this latest release shot. Anything on Season of Mist is at least worth a try IMO.
