Thankfully not, and not even as loud as Snakes and Arrows. No clipping at all on this one (using Amarra peak meters, I never saw red). I listened on CD first and then saw it on hdtracks at 24/96. Both sound great, but if you have a decent system or better, the hdtracks version is worth the few extra dollars IMO.
Mad Dogs and Englishmen is Joe Cocker's 1970 live album, featuring a fusion of rock and soul.
The album title is drawn from the 1931 Noël Coward song of the same name. Mostly Cocker's album is made up of covers, drawing equally from rock and soul.
